She has extensive experience in developing and investing in VC funds and startups, and has long-standing relationships with many of the world's leading VC firms. Sophie has played a crucial role in setting up Top Tier, including its operations in Europe, to support the growth of global category leaders from the region. Sophie splits her time between the US, UK and Europe, working on venture capital projects and other initiatives close to her heart - especially helping to increase diversity in the VC ecosystem.
